Are You Really Listening? - a Lesson in Communication

Good communication is a common sense standard in all aspects of life.  In the world if business and leadership, it’s a non-negotiable. 

Since this is the case, it’s always good to remind ourselves that listening is the more important aspect of communication, especially in this digital age when we’re engaged in so much “broadcasting”. 

Take a breath.  Pause.  Make sure you’re actually listening to more than just the conversation you’re having in your head.
