Rachel Grunn is a seasoned real estate investor and syndicator and is the co-founder of Third Coast Capital. Her portfolio has included large multifamily assets, residential rentals, fix and flips, commercial real estate funds, and mobile home parks. In the past few years, she has traded nearly $100M in commercial and residential real estate. While Rachel is passionate about ensuring the success of every acquisition for her loyal investors, her biggest "why" is her family – 3 month old daughter, Willow, and husband, Dylan.
Andrea Cwik
Andrea Cwik, cofounder and managing partner of BigShine Capital, is a full time real estate investor with ownership in nearly 1,000 multi-family units and over $180M in assets. She is also a single-family real estate flipper, a short-term rental host and a landlord. If there's one thing she’s obsessed with it's using finances to fulfill her purpose. Her passion is to show everyday investors how they can build wealth through commercial real estate. Andrea is also a mom to three amazing young boys and a wife to the best human on the planet.
