It's January, it's the month where we hear people setting new years resolutions or what I like to call "setting intentions" for the new year. I was sad to read that by now, most people will have fallen off track on what they set out to do. Let's be real, we have ALL been there. Every year it's a chance to start fresh and try again.
In this episode I break down simple steps to start building your own habit tool box that can support you to stay on track, even when you feel unmotivated.  Sometimes we add too much to our plate and breaking it down to the micro-level can really make us feel far more productive. This year it will be all about QUALITY over QUANTITY -  kind of like fixing your squat form first, before you start lifting heavy.
