By bulking up your meals, you'll find yourself cooking only three nights per week, and simply reheating the remainder of the week.

  1. Pan Seared Chicken with Pan Sauce + Brown Rice + Roasted Broccoli 
  2. Rosemary-Pepper Crusted Pork Tenderloin + Roasted Potatoes + Roasted Green Beans (use the same sheet pan for an even easier clean-up)
  3. Vodka Sauce with Meatballs + Mixed Green Salad
