We interrupt our previously scheduled podcasts during the Covid-19 Pandemic...

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve been getting a lot of questions about our platform Your Virtual Consult and we've have decided to make our platform available to all dentists who need it at no cost for 2 months. Virtual consults can be used to communicate with patients that are quarantined and help teams communicate with patients in a safe way to understand what cases are elective vs. non-elective. It also provides a unique opportunity for dentists to be recognized as a progressive leader in your local community with a tool that few other offices will have.    You can use Your Virtual Consult to quickly set up a simple landing page where patients can go and fill out a form and submit photos to get pre-screened. You can link to this landing page in your emails to patients and through social media posts. The virtual consult platform will let you respond to patients with a simple treatment plan, before and after photos, a recorded video consult (it's not live), and next steps. The platform will bundle all this info up into a custom virtual consult for patients. Finally, the platform also manages all the automated email follow up.   Michael and Len discuss the following:   What are virtual consults?   Under normal circumstances how can dentist use virtual consults?   How can dentist use virtual consults to support them durring the COVID-19 outbreak?

Michael’s passion for entrepreneurship landed him square in the middle of Milwaukee’s growing start-up community. Playing an active role on the local scene, he and Laura started laying the groundwork to grow Wonderist Agency. With artistic vision and a scrappy, jack-of-all-trades mindset, Michael has brought energy and strength to a great foundation. When Michael isn’t burning the midnight oil, you might find him working on his 1964 classic boat, fishing, rummaging through local antique stores, or enjoying a craft brew.
