Edzard Ernst, a homoeopathic doctor turned alternative medicine researcher, is one of the stalwarts of studying alternative medicine scientifically and being able to figure out whether it's all science or pseudoscience. He literally wrote the book on it with Simon Singh called Trick Or Treatment (link below). Even now, he remains quite active on social media, analysing new evidence, rebutting pseudoscientific claims and writing blogs on complementary and alternative medicines (CAM).
