Call of Cthulhu - Tatters of the King 11

Having traveled the Clare Melford, the party is confronted by a shotgun wielding madman who is promptly snatched by horrific flying creatures.  Clearly these "teeth" are being protected.  But by whom?  And why?  Our party searches for these answers as we continue playing Tatters of the King, a Call of Cthulhu campaign.
