Norman Nakanishi is a close friend.

He leads one of the largest congregations in Hawaii. Yet, his focus is on disciplemaking rather than the thrill of the crowd.

He's a disciplemaker who trains young leaders to plant churches. The fruit of his labor stretches across the state, though he tends not to talk about it.
