Aghhhhh, this podcast was hard to make, difficult to record and I'm having second thoughts about pressing that publish button but I do believe it's important to get off our chest. We are very grateful for the platform and this community and encourage sharing our ideas.. Though we always have a lot more to say and listen to about many topics, we want to keep this podcast all about Mental health and bettering each other.
