In the first episode of "The Quiet Leader" podcast, host Andy; who has 12 years experience as a leader, and over 5 years training, coaching and mentoring leaders and managers. Introduces himself and shares his experiences as a leadership trainer at a world leading, leadership academy. He emphasizes that good leadership is about serving the people you lead with thoughtfulness and empathy, allowing them to thrive and fulfil their potential. 
 
 He discusses some of his biggest inspirations in the field of leadership, including Susan Cain, David Marquet, Brene Brown, Simon Sinek, and Daniel Goleman. Along with some insights into their work and  how they have influenced his leadership style.
