27 - Happy Mardi Gras Season

In this week's episode, Christiano jumps into the history of Mardi Gras in Sydney.

The first Mardi Gras Parade was in 1978 and it was to protest the decriminisation of homosexuality and to move towards equality and against the police brutality of gays and lesbians.

Christiano also discusses what Mardi Gras means to him and his own history of attending, marching, volunteering, and partying at Mardi Gras.
