Today's morning message from the Queen of Pep Talks is a reminder that if you want to feel good in your life you have to DO THE THINGS and BE A PERSON that supports and produces good feelings.  It's so important for you to recognize how your habits and the relationship you have with yourself impact the way you feel.  Try this today: write down the things that you’re doing and reflect how that habit or behavior made you feel. At the end of the day ask yourself are these habits, routines and behaviors making you feel good or bad? You deserve to be happy and fulfilled, it’s up to you to be the creator of your happiness.   XO
