Today's morning message from the Queen of Pep Talks is a reminder that everything feeling like it’s urgent isn’t the vibe for 2023.  This year we are working to deepen the belief that nothing is an emergency. When something comes up, you don’t have to take care of it immediately. It’s ok to let things be for a bit. Release the belief that things are urgent and an emergency. Remind your body to take a breath and that it is safe to wait to respond.   XO
