If you ask others who have lost over 100 pounds what their top tips would be, they may tell you what to eat or not to eat, or what exercises you should be performing. I don't think you'll be too surprised to learn that none of my top tips for success have anything to do with what you eat or how you move your body. Your weight loss success is a game of the mind, train your brain and you'll win.
