Edvinas Kerza is the Managing partner at Scalewolf, a VC fund and accelerator program for dual-use startups in DefenseTech. He has a decorated career of public service, having held senior positions in various Lithuanian ministries and EU structures as well as large enterprises like Ignitis and Lithuanian Railways.
Under his leadership, ScaleWolf supports startups in developing technologies that address pressing security needs, while also finding applications in civilian markets, thereby enhancing both defense capabilities and economic growth.
