Just because you don't get results or the results you wanted during a program does not mean that the program and or investment was a waste. It is only a waste if you choose not to take what you learned during that time to help you move forward.
Sometimes the only reward you get in a program is learning about yourself and that is a huge reward. We cannot change what we are not willing to acknowledge and entering a fitness journey brings ALL of that to the surface. We cannot expect our bodies to change if our mindset is holding us back.
