031: Jordan Owens: Overcoming and finding healing after a traumatic childhood and an unhealthy body image

In this episode I sit down with my friend Jordan Owens as she gives me a glimpse into her unimaginable childhood and the effects it has had on her life. One thing that I am so inspired by in her story is that despite her circumstances, she always had a determination to overcome and conquer anything that life threw at her even from a young age.
