Hello Beautiful Souls,
In this episode I go dive into the importance of the awareness, integration and acceptance of the shadows in the Human Design gates. When the perspective of fear, lack of and "something is wrong with me" is shifted towards "this is part of what I am here to learn" the frequency changes. There is an acceptance and love towards the challenges in life and life starts to feel easier and more expansive.
I go a little bit into my deep seeded fear of inadequacy and how it has shaped my life today.
