In this episode, we are joined for a final time by Slade Hocking, who is a buy and flip-focussed property investor, and a real estate agent. Here we discuss whether you should use multiple agents to sell your property so you can get the best price. 

Generally speaking, our view is that using multiple agents incentivises not the best price ... but the quickest sale. That's because the agents are trying to beat one another to get a deal across the line, as opposed to the highest price. 

There may be some instances, however, where multiple agents maybe appropriate. This would be in the instance where the property was especially unique.
