In this episode, we discuss a question posed by one of the listeners of the show: how do you create instant equity when purchasing an investment property off a developer.

We discuss that you either need to: 1) get a discount from the developer by buying a property through a bulk buying scheme, or 2) buy the property below its registered valuation, or 3) Purchase a property off the plans so that some capital growth will have occurred in the market before you settle the property.
