In this episode, we talk about what 'Builder's Terms' are and how property investors get them. Builder's terms are where you are able to build a house, or group of houses, on a piece of land before you've paid for the land.

This is because there are generally two types of developers in major subdivisions – land developers and builders. Here, the builder doesn't pay the land developer until they've sold and settled the house.

We also announce that we will host property investment dinners in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown, with 10 investors (+ partners) at each.
