In this episode, we discuss whether are properties are more expensive than existing properties. We also discuss the differences in LVR restrictions that have meant that existing properties require a lower deposit, compared to what they required under the RBNZ's LVR restrictions.

In particular, we walk through a case study where we compared the price of a new property on Ruskin St in Addington Christchurch with an equivalent existing property that had been built 11 years earlier.
