"Now whenever I think about the subject of money it always remind me of the great quote from Jim Rohn. He said that we get paid based on the value that we bring to the marketplace and so that the more valuable that you become and the more value that you give the more money that you're going to make.

And so I'll give you an example. If you work at MacDonald's and you only get paid 8 dollars an hour. You're getting paid $8 an hour because you're not bringing that much value. The value you're bringing is equal to about $8 an hour because you're basically working a job which doesn't require a great skill. You can easily be replaced by someone else."
