Racism and Showing Up Imperfectly

Today we wanted to join the conversation around racism happening in the U.S. and across the world. While we are not experts ready to educate on this topic (see the resources below for that), we at least wanted to share what we’ve been thinking about, learning, and changing when it comes to anti-racism.

We talked about understanding personal racism vs systemic racism, how we can better teach our children not just about being inclusive but about being anti-racist, and a list of resources that have been helpful to us so far:
