Vanessa's FIVE: 5 Steps to Bring Balance back into your Life

In this podcast episode, I talk about my own struggle with work-life balance. Back in 2019, I hit a wall—burnout, overwhelm, the whole nine yards. I was ready to throw in the towel on my business. No time off, no vacations, I was attached to my phone 24/7.

But then, I met my coach. It was a financial stretch, living paycheck to paycheck, but I knew I had to make a change. Fast forward a bit, and I started seeing progress. Having more Confidence, seeing options and possibilities and feeling joy and fulfillment.

I will dive into five lessons I learned and share some quick tips to help you explore what work-life balance will mean for you.

From prioritizing your mental and business health, to finding leverage at home and work to setting boundaries and how to communicate them – all things I have learned the hard way.

I turned my life and business around, and now I have multiple businesses, spend more time with my family than I ever have, and disconnect. If you struggle with work-life balance – I understand. Take small steps today and you can create the business that you desire without sacrificing family time.
