This episode is all about reigniting your excitement about your business again, and it all comes down to one thing: why.
Lately, I've been feeling swamped and disconnected, and it's been showing in my work. I haven't been posting on social media as much, and I even skipped a podcast last week. Not good!
So, I spent some time reflecting on why I was feeling this way. I realized that while I love my business and the financial security it brings, it doesn't exactly fill me with fire anymore. What truly gets me excited is this podcast, coaching my clients, and inspiring other entrepreneurs.
That's why, and it's what I want to focus on.
But here's the thing: we all have to do things in our businesses that we don't love. Maybe it's cold calling, or endless admin tasks. The key is to remember why you're doing them in the first place.
Having a clear "why" is powerful. It keeps you going when things get tough and helps you see the bigger picture. It even helps you approach those not-so-fun tasks with a different perspective. For example, I might not love cold calling, but I know it helps me expand my network and find dream homes for my clients, which is a big part of my why.
So how do you find your why? In this episode, I will show you how!
Remember, your why is unique to you. Don't compare it to others, and revisit it as you grow and change. Once you have a clear why, write it down somewhere you'll see it every day, like a sticky note on your desk.
