Dr. Terry Wollert holds undergraduate degrees in adult technical education and graduate degrees in psychology, curriculum design, and evaluation. He has spent over 20 years conducting training research for ninety plus Federal law enforcement agencies at the largest law enforcement training organization in the world. Dr. Wollert is a certified Force Science Use of Force Analyst. Since his retirement he conducts firearms, use of force, and scenario-based training at the Institute of Public Safety a POST certified law enforcement academy in Gainesville Florida. Dr. Wollert has several publications on the effects of acute stress on police officer decision-making and motor skills including his latest book “A Scientific Approach to Reality Based Training” that he co-authored with Jeff Quail the CEO of Setcan.
