Pain is a universal experience. We all have felt it and we all know what it feels like. The biggest difference is how each individual perceives and responds to that pain. A lot of that is influenced by emotional and psychological factors.

The more attention you give to the pain, the worse it becomes. In this episode, I teach you how our mind can actually make pain worse and how I have been able to work through overthinking pain.
