Also with a damaged metabolism coming out of a long term calorie deficit, how many calories per week is ideal regarding increasing?

19: 40 - Question #2: When resistance training, how hard is hard enough? How hard is it beneficial to push yourself? Where is the threshold regarding overtraining? What RPE should one stop at to get the maximum anabolic response but not jeopardize recovery and negatively impact your next workout?
