Limiting beliefs are assumptions we create about ourselves that restrict our potential and ability to achieve our goals. These beliefs are often negative and self-defeating, such as thinking "I'm not good enough," "I can't do this," or "I'm not deserving of success."
Most often they stem from past experiences or unprocessed trauma and act as mental barriers that keep us from pursuing new opportunities, taking risks, or reaching our full potential.
How many times have you told yourself, "I'm not good enough" or "I don't deserve happiness or success"? I think we have all been there.
Limiting beliefs are one of the biggest reasons as to why a lot of people will never accomplish their goals.
