Sarah Schwallie; client and friend of almost 2 years took on her “impossible” goal on October 15th. The goal? Shave 30 minutes off of her marathon time to take it from a 5:15 to a 4:45.
Today we talk about HOW she was able to hit that goal through training, nutrition, recovery and mindset, so she could earn REDEMPTION on the course in Columbus.
