I've been in the health & fitness industry for about 12 years. Over the course of my career, I've been exposed to so many different methods, people and pieces of information.
There are so many incredible things about the health & fitness industry; however, there are also a lot of things that are misleading that need to be put to rest. The mission of the industry should remain HELP real people, get real long term results. For some reason, money seems to always get in the way of that.
Today I break down 5 things that I THINK should die in the fitness industry.
1) Teaching unsustainable things
2) Lying or misrepresentation of data and research
3) Overcomplicating workouts
4) Fear mongering
5) Supplement obsession
