The Power of You meets Nicola Lavin

This episode I speak with the wonderful Nicola Lavin, also known as all_about_rosalilla.
Nicola has been living with Lyme Disease for the past 18 years. Nicola has endured so much pain through this illness which has also led to more health problems. 

I was eager to tap into Nicola’s mental and emotional wellbeing throughout her journey to date. We focus on the impact having this illness does to yourself and those important relationships in your life. We reflect on fear, pain and emotional turmoil. This podcast gives understanding to listeners who may have a loved one suffering at the moment but also the people who love and care for that person at the same time, the challenges they face together. 

What stands through is Nicola’s strength, resilience, compassion and dept of gratitude.
