The Power of You meets Fiona Sheridan

This week I am joined by the courageous Fiona Sheridan. Fiona bravely shares her journey and that of her late husband Keith whom sadly lost his battle with mental health and died in July 2020. We discuss the ups and downs that come with a mental illness, we explore the different supports and self-care acts that aided Keith throughout his battle with mental health.

Fiona's ability to be open, vulnerable and emotional in this Podcast shines the true reflection of the pain that comes with mental illness and grief.
