This episode I speak with the real, authentic and genuine Denise Heffernan. Due to Covid this is a zoom Podcast.  Denise talks with me today about anxiety, pre and after childbirth, along with separation anxiety that her first born experienced.  We discuss parenting and finding your feet for the first time acknowledging it is the biggest challenge you can ever face and shared by many. Denise shares her experience of finding out her son was autistic and what that road has been like as a parent. Denise's experiences through parenting  led her to  one of her fulfilled purposes in life: Life coaching and a Yoga instructor. Denise now shares her yoga classes on Zoom through Covid ad helps others understand the power of Breath work.
