Summary:
Vrishabsen, the king of Shivpur is generous to a fault and his adoring subjects are very happy but Dharam Prakash, his minister does not agree with the King's spending habits. Disappointed at his unsuccessful attempts to change the King's behaviour Dharam Prakash sets out on a pilgrimage.
