When I made my reading chart to help me stay consistent, I noticed how many peaks and valleys there were.
One day would be a great day of reading, and one day would be bad. The takeaway is day to day may not be the best indication towards achieving your goal, so taking a wider view will help you stay on track. Not getting discouraged because you screwed up one or twos, or worrying you will lose all your results and progress because you missed a weekend. The truth is, progress comes with consistency and if you are more consistent than not you are going to see results.
