"How much protein should I drink after a workout?"
"Do I need Pre-workout before exercise?"
"Do I need this type of shoe to workout?"
"Do I need to eat before a workout?"
Not that these are 'bad' or 'wrong' questions, but these questions miss the point. These questions are trying to get you a result quicker, or be the most efficient possible from an external viewpoint. So focusing on external items when you need to focus on your internal 'items.' Things like building your routine, progressing exercises, etc. Focus on the internal when you get started, once that is built, then you can look at the external or 'accessory' things.
