We all have had that situation occur, in fact we probably have it daily. Do I go to the gym, or sit on the couch? This is a test of instant gratification and how if you choose the easiest option it can lead to guilt and regret which then can hinder your towards your goals.
Before deciding on doing something, ask yourself... am I going to regret this decision later? If the answer is yes, then don't do it. The progress, time, and effort you have made for your goals will thank you.
