We wake up in this state of 'bliss' every morning, but at some point our mind turns back on and we tend to go straight back into how our day went yesterday, the annoyances of the day, or how stressed we are with the day ahead. Instead of doing that I challenge you to take 60 seconds and appreciate the things in your life. This mental flip could be a great way to start getting results again!
