Your crappy habits are going to kill you.

It easy when we are younger to get away with this as our bodies are more quickly able to recover, but the issue we don't see is the long term damage we are doing. It is easy to brush it off because we feel fine now, but as the years go on, the more you take actions that are not in alignment with a healthy lifestyle, the more problems you are creating for yourself down the line. But there is hope!
