I worked out from home for 2 years during covid. If you are someone who doesn't have access to a gym for whatever reason here are some things you can do, and 1 major obstacle to watch out for!!

Example exercises:
Plank jacks, planks, Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, renegade rows, dumbbell cross over, sprint in place, line hops, side planks, pushups, pullups, lunge jumps, squat jumps, squat presses, floor bench press.

Put some together and create a circuit, and you have yourself a great workout. 

Make sure to plan your time out accordingly because workouts from home are not all glamour!
