The fear of what someone may think of you can absolutely destroy your progress towards your goals.
It is easy to say. "Just don't do that" but I want to give the actionable advice you can use to actually carry it out.
We have to go from emotional to logical to then 'don't do that.' You need to convert your emotions to logic in order to stop doing something that stems from emotions.
