We know this is a really important topic but we weren't sure where we wanted to go with it. We already talked about comfort eating in episode 18 Comfort Eating; you're doing it wrong! but we knew there was more, much more.

So here's the start, and we talk generally about how you can eat for your mental wellbeing, the effects of eating nutritional on how we deal with difficult situations and emotions and of course, the importance of hydration. We've got some more episodes planned as a result of this conversation, this is just a toe dip into the water of how what you eat effects how you feel.
