Excuses vs Reasons Part 6 - reflections and wrap up!

This is the final part of this epic topic (for now!) - since we started we've had more thoughts, learned more things and had conversations with lots of you that mean we had a few more things we wanted to share. Because that's how self-development works, you learn a little thing, think about it some, talk about it to folk and learn more about it, about how it applies to you or about how you can apply it to your life. It's a process!
