Marla Webb has been a real estate licensee since 1976, beginning as a residential Realtor® in Dallas, Texas, then making the transition to land development and commercial investment brokerage. She is currently a broker in Texas and North Carolina. With a degree in secondary education, Ms. Webb also teaches a variety of professional-level courses related to real estate.

Ms. Webb is a professional education course writer and instructor who personally taught 100,000+ real estate practitioners the essentials of operating successfully in government programs such as RTC, HUD, the FDIC, and others. Many attendees passed examinations and earned Continuing Education credit for their state license renewals. She holds the CCIM, Accredited Land Consultant, and Certified Distance Education Instructor from the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, and the CDSP™ Certified Default Services Professional™ designations. She achieved the Texas Lifetime Teacher’s Certification and is an honors graduate from the University of North Texas in Denton.
