Well, if the name doesn't alert you to what this episode is going to be, then let us tell you it all here. The Caishikou Execution Grounds, right in the heart of one of the biggest cities in the world, Beijing. This seemingly innocuous intersection that holds a lot of shopping locations, a vegetable market, and a pharmacy, was also the sight of some of the more grizzly things to happen in Beijing, mostly to criminal convicted of treason.

This week's episode features Lisa going into depth on what exactly happened to those convicted of treason. Jake regales us with stories of ghosts that are seen in full daylight, but without their full body. And Davis gives us fun facts about the Olympics, since Beijing is the only city to have hosted both the summer and the winter.

This episode is our penultimate for Haunted China. We've had an amazing and interesting time learning about this culture that we knew so little about and continue to, even after a two-month stint.
