1384: Processing Stuck Emotions

In today's episode, Erica and Samantha discuss how our internal environment is reflecting back into our external environment.  Samantha shares a story from her week about how what was going on in her body was being reflected in her environment. They also talk about how when we aren't taking care of ourselves, we aren't taking care of others, the importance of taking time to process our emotions, how crying and laughing are some of the best emotional releases, and the best ways to work through and look at stuffing emotions.
