I spend some time with Fernando Encarnacion who is the owner of Five Star Pro Pools in Orlando Florida and we discuss his unusual method of growing his pool route. He started by purchasing 57 pools 4 years ago and has a route today of close to 400 pools. Fernando explains his growth method in part one of this three-part series.
