The State of The Union Is....Perilous

Happy 4th of July to everyone! I hope you spent it safe and out of trouble! In this 6th episode of season 3 I talk about the state of the union, and my outlook is not good to say the least.  Every Democracy is only a few election cycles away from failing, and I fear that our own is on the verge of exactly that. What will it take to turn things around?  Also, for the first time in my 20+ years of being a general manager, interviewed someone that identifies as the opposite sex, and it was quite an eye opening experience!
